These bags are exactly what I needed for a custom product upsell add-on. Great price, quality and delivery.... just don't pull too hard on the tassel to close them or it will detach from the cord. Still a winner though... :)

I've tried many wine totes in the past, this one is almost perfect. The only negative, is that you must pull the drawstrings carefully - both sides in sync, since the string ends are not attached very well to the tassel, and therefore, if you pull on one side it will simply withdraw the string from the tassel and through the bag with not way to get it back through.
